Downloading Data - Overview
Download search results
After you have conducted a search in iMapp, and when the list of matching property corresponds to all your parameters, you can download data from that list for further prospecting work: market research, marketing campaigns, comparable reporting, analysis, monitoring and status updates. This Download option is also a good way to export the data and then import it directly to your CRM.
To check export options, on the property results page click Download on the right corner of the screen. The download interface will allow you to customize what data is downloaded to your computer, what format, and what the file is named.
Note: Not every field will be populated for every data record downloaded. While we provide data availability, some data is just not available for every property. Also, there are limitations on the number of records that can be downloaded from some of our databases, based on license and contraction limitations. Downloaded data is intended for the personal and direct business use of our users, and may not be sold or redistributed without permission.
