Downloading Data - Selecting Layouts
When starting to download data after a search, a popup interface will appear to walk you through the process. The first setting is allows you to select an "Extract Source":
From here, you can Select Download Content from the list provided, which broadly describes the sort of data to download. This can vary from allowing you to download a small extract of a few fields on one topic (Phone), to a large extract of many fields (Full Tax Record).
The exact details on the options provided may vary, depending on the type of search you have conducted and the details of your account data access level. For example, and search amongst MLS listing data may only allow downloading of MLS related data. A search with tax data may allow a larger set of options, including owner information. Be attentive of your search settings if you are expecting to download data.
