Downloading Data - Customizing Field List

When download, after selecting an "Extract Source", you will be prompted to select a "Field List"

An "Extract Source" provides a general category of data to download. "Field List gives you detailed control of the exact fields and field order to download This can be helpful to prevent information overload from too many fields, or to allow for consistent import into your other systems

On the Field List dialog: under Customize Download Content click Download all Fields radio button if you want the downloaded file to include all info. This is the easiest choice. If you want the get only some selected data about the property, click Select Custom Download Fields. Use arrow buttons to add/remove the fields from the exported file (removed fields will be in Unused box).

Click "Next Step" when you have selected a list of fields you want to use going forward.
