Downloading Data - Selecting File Type

When download, after selecting a "Field List", you will be prompted to select a "File Type".

File Format: allows you to customize the file format the data will be saved as. CSV file is the most standard data interchange method, Excel is popular with those who use Microsoft Office, and DBF is a popular portable database format. Choose the corresponding radio button under Select File Format and click Start Download.

The file will be saved on your computer. You may need to refer to your computers "Downloads" folder to file the downloaded data.

You can try different formats and play with this option until you find the best layout and structure.
