All Sales tab

The All Sales tab gives an interesting additional facet for comparison analysis: it puts together MLS and non-MLS sold price data, thus giving you an idea what is going on in the market outside MLS (Non MLS may include FSBOs, properties listed outside of the local MLS, real estate investors and other private party sales):

• the graph shows the bars with counts of MLS sold properties (MLS Sold Count) and non MLS sold properties (Non-MLS Count), and lines with median price in MLS listings (MLS Sold Price) and in counties' records (Non-MLS Price)
• the table shows MLS sales (all data under Sold listings) and all counties' recorded sales (all data under Non-MLS Sold Properties)
