MLS Stats: Sold Listings View

The Sold Listings View of the MLS Stats report provides statistics based on MLS sales activity over time to allow users to spot market changes and regional trends. These statistics are compiled on a monthly bases for a variety of regions and listing categories. Analyzing these statistics allow users to determine changes in the market, such as what areas are seeing an increase or decrease in closed sale activity. This can spot trends of need for higher inventory, a glut of listings, and changes in pricing based on a variety of market forces.
