Mobile IMAPP - Detailed Report Interface

The quickest way to view a Full/Detailed Property Report, is to first Identify a Property on an iMapp Mobile map, by simply touching the parcel you want to identify. A set of abbreviated property information will show on a popup tile at the top of the map. To see the Detailed Report, touch the blue "Details" button on the right side menu.

After touching the "Details" button, the page will convert to a Detailed Property report, similar to the Property Report in iMapp desktop version, but formatted for your phone's screen. Scroll down to see further details.

At the top of the Detailed Report, there are tabs to allow you to see various Reports. You can drag left and right on these tabs to scroll through available reports. Common Reports include:

  • Property Tax Report
  • MLS Listing Info
  • Comparables Report
  • Valuation Analysis
  • Demographics Report

All Reports will contain a version of the same reports available in the desktop version. Some aspects of the report may be limited due to space constraints, but the core data and functionality should remain. Some portions of the report may be minimized to conserve space. Touch the grey drop down/expansion notes to add more details on those areas. There may also be portions of the data within the report placed on sub-tabs from left-to-right. Touch those tabbed panes to switch to data on other tabs ( Eg. Refinance or Purchase tabs on Valuation Analysis Report).

To access links to other related websites, you can touch the dark blue "links" button (chain links) at the top of the page. This will bring a popup with a list of possible 3rd party websites to use. (Eg, touching "Directions" will use your phone's GPS and Google Maps to calculate directions from your current location to the property on your report.)

To close the Detailed Property Report and return the interactive map mode, touch the dark blue X button in the upper right corner of the report.
