To Identify a Property on an iMapp Mobile map, simply touch the parcel you want to identify. A set of abbreviated property information will show on a popup tile at the top of the map. There are a variety of possible Information Tiles for each property, depending on the data available.

The Home Tile shows summary building, sales and listing history for the property, along with any notable feature notes in yellow tags on the tile.

The People Tile shows summary owner information for the property, including owner name, mailing address and any available phone numbers, along with any notable ownership notes in green tags on the tile.

The MLS Tile shows summary listing information for the property, including listing price, listing date, remarks and listing photos (where available).

The right side menu on the Tiles allow you to:

  • Links button - Follow links that relate property
  • Email button - Send an email of the main tax report for this property
  • Save button - Save a bookmark for the main tax report for this property
  • Details button - See the Full Reports for this property

To Close the Tile for a Property, click on the grey X in the upper right corner of the Tile. Alternatively, you can touch another parcel on the map to reload the tile with information about that new property.

Map interaction on the Mobile version of iMapp allows for zooming in and out with the Plus and Minus icons on the map toolbar.

For additional navigation, you can zoom using pinch to zoom with two fingers, moving your fingers closer together or further apart to zoom in and out. To pan around on the map, touch and hold and then drag that spot to a new location. To rotate the map, touch the map with two fingers and then rotate the two fingers around each other. To adjust perspective on the map, touch the map with two fingers and then slide both fingers up or down in parallel at the same time. To remove perspective, click on the perspective (^) button on the map toolbar

Condominiums

To identify Condominium and other multi-parcel properties from the mobile interface, simply tap on the location of the property on the map. The Interface will reload with summary information for the entire Condominium development on the Home Tile.

The MLS tile will load (where available) with a summary of recent MLS listing data from throughout the condominium development.

The middle tile is the Condominium Tile which provides a list of all properties in the development. To see more details on one individual unit, tap on the item from this list to load that record in detail.

To return to the Condominium Summary, tap on the Condominium Tile again from the tiles list.
