Mailing Labels - Customizing Labels

Before printing, you can make a number of adjustments to personalize your labels or adjust how they print.

You can decide what will be the

  • First line: change it to custom text or select the option which is suggested in the dropdown to make your mailings more appealing.
  • Remove duplicate results using the checkbox (the dropdown is there to select the filtering by Unique Property Address, Unique Owner Address, Unique Parcel ID)
  • Only retrieve labels with valid zip codes to ensure you print only valid labels
  • Text alignment settings (left justified or centered).
  • Skip To Label -allows to set up print layout and add spaces if you are printing on a sheet of labels that has previously been partially used.
  • Fine Tune Page Positioning helps adjust the labels positions in the file: use vertical and horizontal tuning to change the labels display position in the file.

IMPORTANT: If you are creating PDF labels, you will need to adjust your PDF print settings to 100% or "Full Size" to avoid having you printer shrink the labels in a way where they won't fit correctly.
