Comparables - Subject Property Section Description

To work with Comparable Properties tool, you first need to be on a property report for the property you would like to evaluate. This will be the subject property. From the Property report page, go to reports section on the right and click Comparable Properties:

Subject Property

Subject Property section gives a high-level property overview about the address, last sale and price details, and the info about the property and the building itself, which allows you easy access to details of the subject property to compare with the other matching comparable properties.
