Browser Specific and Screen Resolution Issues
The IMAPP application runs in most modern, industry standard web browsers. There can be some issues that could interfere with some aspect of the application.
Browser Specific Issues
Some browsers include additional settings to limit trackers and other web features. These features may interfere with some IMAPP functionality, in particular the on screen help system, which requires "tracking" what part of the IMAPP page you are on to load customized suggestions.
In particular, some versions of Microsoft Edge browser may require you to adjust your settings to "Balanced" instead of "Strict" to allow for the Help system to work. Other Browser may have comparable settings you can adjust if you experience difficulties.
Browser Add-ons and Network Filters
In addition to browser-based tools for provide enhanced security, some browser add-ons and network tools intercept some web traffic in ways that can make sites act in unexpected ways. For example, some browser Ad-Blocking plugins can interfere with IMAPP's on screen help system, which requires 3rd party "tracking" what part of the IMAPP page you are on to load customized suggestions.
If you are unable to access the help system or have other unexpected issues, try disabling your Ad-Blocking and other network related Plug-ins and Network Filters.
Screen Resolution Issues
IMAPP is a web based product intended to be used on most modern screens. Occasionally some very low resolution devices may not allow for the display of all parts of the IMAPP interface inside your browser window. We recommend a screen resolution of at least 1280x800 pixels. If your screen is smaller than that, most browser have zoom functions (Ctrl-minus or Command-minus) which allow you to shrink the pages to fit.
