Suggested Search - Recent Intrafamily Transfers

This will search within all property records in a selected area that have had a recent Intrafamily deed. An "Intrafamily Transfer" is a category which includes many changes of property ownership within a family, including properties transferred via a will, probate, divorce, family gift, trust, or others. Regardless of specifics, these often indicate a major change in the owners intent and plan for that property, and these properties are often in sold in the following few months or years. This is an example of a search real estate professionals could use to prospect for business, if those owners are looking to sell or rent out those properties in the future.

The default settings will show "Sale/Deed Type" matching "Intrafamily Transfer & Dissolution". It also includes a filter for only a specific county and only properties transferred in the past 60 days.

The search interface is highly customizable. You can also choose alternate "Property Location" regions, draw a your own geographic shape on the reference map, or add other filters by filling in more lines or selecting other fields from the search fields list. Each additional item you add further focuses the results to just what you want. You can also remove some lines from consideration by deleting whatever is in the "Search Value" for that line.

You can click "Start Search" to do the search as prepared. This search will find all properties with Intrafamily Deed Transfers in the past 60 days. From the results of this search, you can download data for matching properties or create mailing labels to contact the property owners.
