Suggested Search - Rental Residential

IMAPP includes a series of Suggested Searches to help you get started with some common tasks and learn how searching can work. When you click on the "Rental Residential" suggested search, the fields of the search page will reload with some search fields populated.

This will search within property records in a selected City that have had Active Rental Licenses and meet other constraints. This is an example of a search real estate professionals could use to find off-market, targeted investment properties for their clients.

The default settings will show "Rental Properties - Active" "Equal to" "Yes". That is the main Rental Property filter. Note: We have Short Term and Long Term Rental License data from many agencies where applicable, so this search will only work in certain regions. It will, however, show you which properties are being used as rental and therefore will likely be acceptable for such use going forward.

This search also includes a filter for a certain range of likely market values (with the lower value and upper value separated by a comma). The "Value Estimated" line searches against our internal calculation estimate of a properties value, which usually tracks closely with market rates. This search also includes only properties with 3 or more bedrooms, which may indicate a higher value rental property.

The search interface is highly customizable. You can also choose alternate "Property Location" regions, draw a your own geographic shape on the reference map, or add other filters by filling in more lines or selecting other fields from the search fields list. Each additional item you add further focuses the results to just what you want. You can also remove some lines from consideration by deleting whatever is in the "Search Value" for that line.
