Suggested Search - New Listings

IMAPP includes a series of Suggested Searches to help you get started with some common tasks and learn how searching can work. When you click on the "New Listings" suggested search, the fields of the search page will reload with some search fields populated.

This will search within MLS listings for recent active listings for Single Family Homes. This is a common search for agents looking to see what has changed in the market recently. The default settings will show only listings listed that the MLS coverage area in the past 3 days, but you can customize that timeframe to a different number of days, or since any day you pick. For Property Types, you could instead select Condominiums, or other property types from the list provided.

The search interface is highly customizable. You can also choose alternate "Property Location" regions, draw a your own geographic shape on the reference map, or add other filters by filling in more lines or selecting other fields from the search fields list. Each additional item you add further focuses the results to just what you want.
