Tutorial: Enter a Support Request


If you have further questions that cannot be answered by the help system articles, you can also submit technical support requests via the Help popup. Click on the "Help" button in the left side menu. A Help popup will appear in the right side of the interface. Click on the "Ask" button at the top of this Help popup. You will be prompted to complete a support ticket.

The support system will prompt you to select a category for your request. Please pick the closest category and click Next.

On the following page, you will be prompted to provide contact information and a more details about your question. You may include a phone number if you would prefer a call back. Please provide as much detail as you can to help us recreate your problem/search/issue. For data issues, please supply an exact address, county, Parcel ID number, or website URL. Click "Send a message" when you are ready. We will do our best to address any issue and respond as quickly as possible.

You can include a photo or other attachment, by clicking on the "add attachment" button at the bottom of the message area (photo with a plus sign).

To take a screen shot of your current screen on Windows computers, you can press the Windows key and then "Print Screen" key at the same time. On a Mac, you can press the 'Command', 'Shift' and '3' keys at the same time. The screen shot will be saved to your computer.
