iMapp User Guides and Support materials overview
iMapp suggests you big number of video and text materials, which will make your work with iMapp productive and effective. The video guides includes overviews, quick start guides and short how to-s. The User Guide articles collection consists of application introduction and overview, and detailed descriptions of the features. All articles include option details, terminology description, screenshots and useful tips.
The access to all User Guides materials, including video and articles, is available directly from the app: find and click Help button to enable Support menu
If you’re found of video trainings, use YouTube quick access button in the app, which will take you to iMapp YouTube page with video trainings and guides:

How to search for User Guide
When Help button is clicked, a menu with Quick Start guides appear: you can select the article from suggested, or using the search, find the one you need:
To start the search enter a keyword in text line with magnifying glass and type one or group of keywords. When ready, press Enter or magnifier and suggested articles will appear. Scroll up and down to find the one you need. To start over, remove the keyword(s) or press ← at the top of the pop-up:
How to submit a ticket to Support
There is an option to contact us directly from iMApp. To submit a ticket, click Help → select Ask tab at the top of the pop-up → you’ll see a form to complete, which includes the field to enter the Subject of the issue and the Text field for issue details:
Please add as much details as possible to the request and, if needed, add the screenshot: that will make the work of Support team more effective and we will be able to help you faster.
