Trouble Logging In

Login methods

To access iMapp you need to have an iMapp account and login to the application using one of the login methods. The method (and potential issues) depend on the way you get your iMapp access and can be two types: MLS member access or non-MLS member individual access.

Non-MLS individual access

If you are not an MLS member, or a member of a board that is not one of our client boards, to get the access to iMapp you’ll need to sign up for an account on our website.

When sign up is completed, you’ll get login information details by the email which was used during registration. Use credentials from sign up conformation email: click provided link to iMapp application to get to login page, enter your user name and password provided in the email. Note: by default your username is your email address.

If you are Non-MLS Individual Subscriber and you cannot login, you may have had an issue with a scheduled payment. Please ensure that your payment information is up-to-date. If your account is current, you may have entered the incorrect username and password. Refer back to your subscription emails to verify this information is correct. If you are still having issues, please call 800-208-1210, between the hours of 9AM and 5PM Eastern time.

MLS member access

If you are an MLS member of a client board, your account will be automatically provisioned and available, paid through your member dues. To access iMapp you need to find the application in MLS partner’s dashboard, services or resources list. Usually an “iMapp” branded icon will be visible when you log in to your MLS or Association website, or the “iMapp” icon will appear within each MLS listing report:

Here is another example of how the list of services can look like in MLS:

Click the iMapp icon to be taken to iMapp login page. Many MLS login pages have a SSO login method to allow you to seamlessly access iMapp if you have been logged into other MLS-provided software:

If you are not automatically logged in to iMapp, you will be suggested to log in using SSO - go ahead and click that button to log in:

If there is no SSO option displayed but you are a member of an MLS client board, you should be able to log in using your MLS username and password: just enter your MLS credentials to iMapp login User Name and Password fields. Please make sure to use matching capitalization for both the username and password. In some cases, if you have recently changed your password with the MLS, that change may take a few hours to be updated in our system.
