Data Quality Issues / Incorrect Data / Remove Phone Number

Data sources verification policy in iMapp

iMapp is data aggregator which collects the data directly from city, county, state/federal government sources, numerous data wholesalers and guarantees the possibility of data verification each time iMapp users require to check any information available in the sections. We update more frequently than most data providers and with more detail than most providers. There are data source links directly to original data sources throughout our property reports, to verify and double check details that require extra attention in your proposals, documents, etc.

Common Data Corrections can include removing an incorrect Telephone Number, correcting a misspelled owner name, correcting an updated owner address, or adjusting a property's address as it is platted, built or as the address is assigned.  Another common request is to adjust a building's bedroom county, bathrooms count or building size (square footage) after the building was built, remodeled or re-appraised, and also to add a complete new record when there is a property split/built or when a confidential record is reinstated for public visibility.  Regardless of the reason, we are always happy to ensure the data you rely on is as accurate as possible.
