Valuation Analysis Report: Equity Estimate Section

The Valuation Analysis Report includes a Equity Report which provides estimate of the amount of equity in the property in the report.

Note: The Valuation Analysis report is based on valuation estimates using our proprietary Property Valuation algorithms, which incorporate regional sales trends for similar properties. While deemed reliable in general, these estimates may vary from actual valuations based on individual and regional market dynamics and recent trends.

This estimate is also based on our mortgage data, which includes mortgage date, amount, term and rates (or prevailing rates when necessary). Based on those values and assumptions that payments are made on schedule, we are able to estimate the remaining loan balance. Combining that loan balance and the Valuation estimate, we are able to make an often reliable equity estimate.
