Tax Report: Sales History Section

Sales Information shows deeds and other transfers, displayed in chronological order. You may be interested in instrument data, price, seller, buyer, recording book/page/document numbers, deed type, qualifiers (Q, U, M, etc.) and other information there. Sales information is updated on a regular basis in iMapp, which means that as soon as the sale is recorded in the county, iMapp will gather it and display in the system.

When available, iMapp will also include mortgage data that happened along with each sale, and any additional mortgages that happened since the sale. Mortgage data includes mortgage amount, date, term, and estimated rate and other details. Mortgages will be grouped under the corresponding sale and placed in chronological order. Any sales that have been satisfied (paid off or refinanced) will be shown in grey. Active mortgages will be shown in Black. You can review original mortgage/sales documents by clicking on the blue Document/Book-Page links or searching on the Clerk/Recorder website.
