Tax Report: Permits Section

The iMapp Property Tax Reports allows for display of City-level data. This can include Building Permits, Code Violations, Inspections, Rental Licenses and more, depending on the data that we are able to collect. Note: The level of data varies from location-to-location and may not be available for all user license levels.

Building Permits data identifies properties that have had construction projects done in which a building permit was filed with the local authorities. Where available, this section will include descriptions of the project, date permit issued, value of the project and the name of the contractor/person who applied for the permit. This can allow users to review what work was done, and when and by whom.

Where available, we attempt to link to the local city's website to show further detail on any of these city-based dataset via links within these reports. Much of this data is also available to search in the iMapp Search Interface.
