Tax Report: Foreclosure Section

The Property Tax report also includes the possibility of noting foreclosure and pre-foreclosure activity. If a case has been started against the property-owner (also called "Lis Pendens"), we will display some of the details of the case, as acquired from the court filed papers. This can include the plaintiff name, attorney name and phone number, defendant name case number and defendant date. In the case of a property that has gone through foreclosure and it is set to be sold, we may also show the judgement amount and expected future auction date. Auction dates can change, and other settlements may happen, so you may need to check back or consult the court or sheriff office for updates.

This data will ONLY show on properties where applicable, and only between when the case is filed and when we receive confirmation that the case has been closed or property auctioned. It is not always easy to get confirmation of the end of a court case.

Foreclosure data is also search on the main iMapp Search Interface.
