MLS Report: Value History Section

MLS Listing Info Report presents all subject property data which was gathered from Real Estate listings, combined and displayed in information sections. The MLS/Tax Combined Listing report shows the core MLS listing data submitted to the MLS, combined with other public records data, such as Valuation details.

Under the Assessor Data section, you can review the public records valuation and tax data associated with the parcel being listed. This is official public record data, not just the data entered into the MLS when it was listed. This may provide addition context on tax and assessments for the property going forward.
