Tax Report: Building Details Section

Building information includes the data about the building, which iMapp gathers from official county appraiser data sources. iMapp only displays confirmed building data from a government agency.

This data can contain Heated Area, Total Area, Year Built, Stories, Units, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, wall, roof and floor types, and other construction elements. If there are multiple buildings on a property, there will be multiple entries in the Building Report section. Note: You may need to total the Areas of buildings to get a Total Building Area on a property.

Below the base building information, you may also see building subarea details, which describe a building portion and size. Normally, the main living area of a building is called "Base", and other areas such as Garages, Porches, Pools, and additional living areas may be listed here.

Other improvement details may be displayed here as well (where available). This varies from area to area, but includes non-livable building construction, such as walls, carports, docks, sheds, etc.
